Artist's Comments
Cleo is the mascot for my website, at [link] I designed her in either 1999 or in 2000, making her roughly six years old. Her hair was a light blue once, but I had ended up deciding upon the three shades of purple that the website had used in it's text and links at the time. She's one of three characters who I try hard never to have their eyes visible. The other two are Bag Lady and Grizelda from my webcomic, Firstborn.
